MILEMOGUL · MARKET OPERATOR PILOT
BUILD THE MARKET. OWN THE LOCAL OPERATION.

Help build MileMogul in your city.

MileMogul is testing a nationwide expansion model built around strong local operators—not corporate offices in every city. You bring the local business, insurance, driver network and hustle. MileMogul brings the operating system, brand platform, training framework, customer tools and a growing national network.

THE MODEL

One national system. Local businesses building each market.

01 · MILEMOGUL HQ

System + brand + technology

MileMogul owns and develops the customer experience, MogulHub, dispatch tools, driver technology, training framework, national marketing assets and network standards.

02 · MARKET OPERATOR

Runs the local business

The local operator maintains their own business entity, required insurance and authority, recruits the local driver bench, develops local accounts and manages service quality in the approved market.

03 · LOCAL DRIVER NETWORK

Capacity without a corporate fleet

Cars, SUVs, cargo vans, Sprinters, box trucks and larger commercial equipment can be built into the market when each driver, vehicle, insurance profile and operating requirement fits the work.

04 · CUSTOMERS + FREIGHT

Build recurring demand

Operators prospect businesses locally while MileMogul can route network-generated opportunities through the platform. The goal is recurring commercial work—not relying only on random app gigs.

WHAT YOU WOULD OWN

Your market is a real operating business.

You are not buying a job. The idea is to build a local delivery operation that can stand on its own while participating in the MileMogul network.

  • Your business entity and banking
  • Your insurance and local operating costs
  • Your local driver relationships and management
  • Your local sales effort and business relationships
  • Your day-to-day dispatch execution
  • Your compliance with laws that apply to your vehicles and operations
WHAT MILEMOGUL BUILDS

READINESS

What a serious operator should expect to have or obtain.

Exact requirements depend on your state, vehicle class, whether work is interstate, what you haul, and how drivers are structured. You can still apply if you need guidance—we want to know where you stand today.

Business basics

Business entity, EIN/tax setup, business bank account, contracts, bookkeeping, local licenses and a real phone/email presence.

Insurance

Commercial auto appropriate to the work, general liability, cargo coverage where needed, and workers' compensation or occupational coverage where required by your structure and state.

Drivers + vehicles

Driver screening, valid licenses, vehicle documentation, insurance verification and a reliable bench sized for the work you accept.

Commercial authority

USDOT registration, MC/operating authority, federal insurance filings, process-agent filings and other motor-carrier requirements when they actually apply to the operation.

MileMogul does not assume every operator needs every item above. Larger vehicles, interstate for-hire transportation and freight-arranging activity can trigger additional requirements. Applicants are reviewed based on their actual operating model.

OPERATOR ACADEMY

PILOT ECONOMICS

A structure designed so the local operator keeps most of the upside.

No payment is being collected on this page. These are proposed founding-pilot terms so we can measure whether serious operators would actually want the model.

APPLICATION$0

Apply, tell us your market and show us what you can operate. No fee to see whether there is a fit.

WHY THIS MODELLOCAL UPSIDE

The operator keeps the large majority of job revenue and owns the local operating work. MileMogul earns recurring platform/network revenue as successful markets grow.

These are market-testing numbers, not a binding offer. MileMogul is not currently selling a franchise or exclusive territory. Final fees, brand rights, territory rules and operating agreements will be set only after legal/compliance review.

FOUNDING MARKET INTEREST

Could you build MileMogul where you live?

We care more about execution than a perfect résumé. Tell us what you already have, what you still need, what area you understand, and whether you can recruit drivers and win local customers.

What happens next1. Application lands in the MileMogul operations inbox.2. We review your market, experience, equipment and compliance readiness.3. Strong applicants get a direct conversation before any agreement or payment.
