THE PERSON BEHIND THE BUSINESS
Transportation isn't something I just discovered online.
I'm Jimi Maciel, founder of MileMogul. I've spent approximately 15 years working in freight transportation, learning firsthand what it takes to move goods, operate commercial equipment and deliver on the promises businesses make to their customers.
My experience includes time with New Penn, years as a member of Teamsters Local 251, and holding a Class A Commercial Driver's License. I've also pursued Global Logistics Management studies at Arizona State University (ASU) to connect what happens on the road with the bigger picture of supply chains and commerce. These studies are part of my background; I am not presenting them as a completed degree.
I know how much depends on the driver, the equipment, the dispatch decision and the last few feet of a delivery. I've seen how customers can be left trying to connect those pieces themselves. MileMogul started with a simple question: What if finding the right transportation solution were easier?

Our mission is to make moving people, products, vehicles and freight easier by connecting customers with the right transportation solutions—locally, nationally and, as our network develops, around the world.
MileMogul is being built to bring together local deliveries, business couriers, freight and specialty handoffs, vehicle services, roadside assistance and passenger transportation. We aim to use the tools and operators already doing this work well, while developing better ways for customers to explain what they need and find practical next steps.
Our long-term reach is a goal, not a claim that every service is currently available everywhere. Quotes, vehicle capabilities, bookings, costs and service areas are verified before we confirm a request.
